Pre & Post Natal Pilates

 

Small group sessions (maximum 5) – individualised to each client’s needs.

45 minutes @ A$28.00

Each class will be different and will sometimes work on the mat, sometimes the reformer and sometimes using Pilates props.

This class is run by qualified pre/post natal trained instructor and is a safe way to stay in shape and keep strong and active during and after your pregnancy.

These classes aim to maintain strength, promote good posture & alignment, improve balance and create body awareness that can reduce strain and stress pre- and post-pregnancy.
