Hot yoga flow is a balanced class combining vinyasa flow and foundation poses syncing movement and breath. Connecting the mind, body and breath to bring you into the present moment. Helping you build a strong mind, body and heart. Each class will be a different experience based on your teacher and the creativity they bring to their class.

Gentle Hot Yin Yoga will focus on body, breath and mind awareness by connecting simple sustained yoga poses with the breath. With many poses practiced on the floor, each pose draws attention to basic alignment principles while enhancing their therapeutic elements. With consistent practice it develops a combination of strength, flexibility and concentration to calm the mind and body. Class finishes with a brief relaxation or meditation practice.

All classes suitable for beginners or the advanced participant.
