A class suitable for all levels of fitness

55 minutes @ A$25.00

Do you like a bit of variety in your class? Well this is the class for you. In a 55minute class you will do a section of barre work, a section of mat work and and a section of reformer work.

A little bit more challenging, faster paced, total body workout with lots of fun and great music!

You will work at the ballet barre with an emphasis on the lower body (calves, quads, hamstrings and booty), then to the mat for a great core and arm workout and then finish off on the reformer.

Be prepared to sweat and feel glutes for days.…


You do not have to be a dancer to join these classes. Modifications are given to make it easier/harder to suit each individual.
