Pilates Reformer Ballarat

Small group (maximum of 5) sessions using the Pilates reformer.

The class will consist of a wide range of exercises lying, sitting, standing, kneeling, pulling the straps, and pushing the foot bar. You'll also sometimes incorporate props like a long box, Pilates ring, small weights, Pilates ball or a resistance band.

All levels are welcome.  Because of the small classes, this enables me to ensure that everyone gets individual attention, correct technique and modifications to their level.
