Barre / Mat Fusion Ballarat

Small group session (maximum 6) A little bit more challenging, faster paced, total body workout with lots of fun and great music! You will work at the ballet barre with an emphasis on the lower body (calves, quads, hamstrings and booty) and then move to the floor for a great core and arm workout.  Be prepared to sweat and feel glutes for days.…

Please note: you do not have to be a dancer to join these classes.  Modifications are given to make it easier/harder to suit each individual in the class.
